The aim of this tender is to provide a framework under which the following services can be requested: the provision of a diverse range of scientific and technical capacity building activities (i.e. trainings, workshops, country-to-country support activities, consultancy services) to EU/EEA countries in the areas of HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections and viral hepatitis prevention and control.
