The procurement covers access to a database to be used for environmental scanning, review of incoming information, and as a complement to other data collection. The database shall provide information on corporate transactions and financial investments—both domestic and global—in the form of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPO), private equity, and venture capital.
