FEED Work for Post combustion Carbon Capture Facilities in CHP Plant

Stockholm Exergi hereby requests an expression of interest from actors interested in and capable of delivering a Process Design Package (PDP) along with a Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) of a 140 tph Hot Potassium Carbonate (HPC) carbon capture plant with auxillaries for the existing 350 MW biomass boiler KVV8 at Värtan plant, Stockholm, Sweden. Base scope for this inquiry will be a PDP and FEED for the HPC carbon capture plant, with options for lighter PDPs and FEEDs on downstream plants CO2 liquefaction, buffer storage and outshipment terminal. The main Purpose of the PDP and FEED packages is to enable SE to procure plants above on execution contracts, hence the PDP and FEED packages are to comprise of complete RFQ packages including requsite design and construction details like PIDs, layout and plotplans, electric power and I&C docs, component specs, commissioning procedures and complete underlying documentation like heat & mass balance, strength calculations and risk analyses.
