Framework Agreement MSS — Mobile Satellite Service

Tenderers are hereby invited to participate in the procurement of the framework agreement MSS, Mobile Satellite Services. The Swedish Armed Forces (SwAF) use Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) as voice and data communication on land, at sea and in the air. The communication is used both in national and international situations. This procurement will result in a framework agreement with one supplier of MSS services and products. The framework agreement will provide SwAF with the possibility to procure satellite phones, satellite terminals and related devices, spare parts for new and legacy items, accessories and voice and data subscriptions. A Support Services to the aforementioned items will also be a part of the framework agreement.
