In Vivo Optical Imaging System with Anesthesia Unit

The procurement concerns a preclinical in vivo optical imaging system with bioluminescence and fluorescence capabilities. The system must be equipped with a light-proof imaging chamber compatible with gas anesthesia, a top performance CCD camera cooled down to -90 ºC. The system must be able to combine (co-registration) multiple 3D imaging modalities, like bioluminescent and fluorescent light sources present in the same animal.
