Beskrivning
The University of Gothenburg intend to purchase an instrument that will be used for synthesis of chemically modified therapeutic oligonucleotides. The instrument will be used to prepare oligonucleotides consisting of multiple variations of chemically modified nucleotides in laboratory scale (1-50 µmol), for subsequent evaluation in various in vitro and in vivo assays.
