Purchase of: Platform combining staining and imaging of tissue sections using indirect IF (secondary antibody detection) The system must be able to analyse protein targets and to be imaged within the same tissue section using highly multiplexed immunofluorescence and with a the highest possible throughput (in other word low TAT) from raw sample to image data. The system must allow HPA antibodies ( the wide collection of antibodies from the Human Protein Atlas) to be used for building multiplex panels. The system must working with off-the-shelf antibodies: we can work with our own antibodies or antibodies already used routinely by our users.
