Service concession for the operation of the Bil/RoRo terminal in the Port of Gothenburg. Services to be performed are; * Stevedoring and terminal services (for export and import) of cars and other vehicles as well as High & Heavy * Stevedoring and terminal services for goods and cargo carriers with a main focus on RoRo (Co-ordinated Port Services). Security-classified procurement with a negotiated procedure in two stages according to LUK (2014/23/EU). Security clearance will be done before selected bidders get access to documents in the tender stage
