XPS Spectrometer

We are seeking to acquire a new state-of-the-art X-ray Photoelectron Spectrometer to perform XPS surface analysis of a wide range of solids stable in Ultra High Vacuum under X-rays irradiation and low energy electrons exposure as well as wet fast-frozen samples, air-sensitive substances, and organic/inorganic materials subjected to X-ray/low energy electrons induced degradation.
